The ABD file which is used to import Partial Billers in the Payer Institute backend may vary from environment to environment. For example, the file which is being used in sandbox environment may be different from the one that’s being used in staging environment.

Import Partial ABD API is used to import partial billers for a given Payer Institute using Automated Biller Download (ABD) file. Using this API, existing billers can be updated or deactivated.
