The Link Request API is initiated by the consumer via the Payer Institute Mobile App and approved by the Biller via the Biller Service Provider. The approved link is stored within Bill Pay Accelerator.
The Link Request API enables the establishment of a link between the Creditor and Debtor so that request for payment / bill presentment can be pushed to Debtor PSP and it can process those request for payment / bill presentment based on Debtor preferences set against the link.
